Retreats
Our retreats offer a powerful reset, giving people time and space to step away from routines, reflect deeply, and reconnect with their values, vision, and energy. With immersive practices and guided inquiry, these experiences help participants break old patterns and initiate meaningful personal transformation.
Space to Disconnect and Reflect

Stepping away from daily responsibilities, noise, and routines allows individuals to pause and reconnect with themselves—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This clarity is often hard to access in everyday life.
Deep Self-Inquiry and Repatterning

With guided practices, coaching, or somatic work, retreats help participants explore limiting beliefs, habits, and patterns—and begin rewriting how they relate to themselves, others, and their future.
Embodied Learning and Rituals of Renewal

Unlike short workshops or online courses, retreats offer immersive experiences where insights are felt, not just understood. This leads to lasting shifts and becomes a symbolic doorway: out of one phase, into another.
OUR UPCOMING RETREAT
WOMEN'S RESET
31/10-2/11 2025, The Netherlands
This is an immersive experience guided by two senior facilitators, designed for participation. So don’t expect to spend the weekend lounging in yoga pants. You’ll move, breathe, reflect, and connect in ways that invite real transformation. This retreat isn’t just a break from life—though it might just become a break from the version you’ve been living.
It’s a reset. It is an honest return to yourself. That’s what makes it powerful—and truly worth it.
We work in a small, intimate group to ensure everyone feels safe and seen. That shared safety allows you to drop your guard and go deeper—with gentle support and never force.
In this 3 day retreat we work with a full program starting in the morning and finishing around 9.30 in the evening with sleep time yin yoga-of course with breaks in between. It contains several 2-hour group coaching sessions facilitated by Hajni interspersed bodywork & breathwork sessions facilitated by Barbara.
Coaching sessions are anchored in ME Map, a powerful self-inquiry method created by ICF Master Coach Hajni, and the foundation of her award-winning book. This internal work unfolds alongside an intentional sequence of breathwork and yoga.
Barbara—a senior breath therapist, yoga teacher, and bodyworker —guides you toward embodied integration. Her grounded, intuitive approach takes the coaching journey into your body, unlocking layers beyond words so it doesn’t stay conceptual. Her work adds a deeply holistic layer to the weekend.
This is exactly why this weekend retreat has the potency for change —a change that is not just individually, but collectively. It settles. It moves. It stays.
This weekend is for women ready to meet themselves—fully.

“This retreat reset my entire nervous system.” I arrived scattered and overwhelmed. What I found was safety, deep connection, and space to truly breathe. I left with more clarity, softness, and strength than I thought possible in just a few days.
“It felt like coming home to myself.” Through the gentle coaching, breathwork, and soul-soothing movement, I reconnected with something in me that had been quiet for years. I feel reawakened and aligned.
“An unforgettable experience of healing and sisterhood.” The power of this retreat is hard to put into words. It’s not just what we did—it’s how deeply we were held. Every detail, from the location to the food, was nourishing. I’ve never felt so seen.
“Exactly what I needed, even though I didn’t know I needed it.” I came with hesitation and left with lightness. This weekend offered me space to listen inward, let go, and begin again. It’s no exaggeration to say it changed me.
“A beautiful balance of reflection, release, and renewal.” There was laughter, tears, stillness, and so much transformation. I felt lovingly guided through it all. It’s hard to imagine a more meaningful way to spend a weekend.
“More than a retreat—it was a soul journey.” I felt gently held from the very beginning. Each session invited me deeper into myself, and I left feeling awakened to new possibilities. Hajni and Barbara were incredible facilitators—true masters of coaching and embodiment.
