Team Dynamics Interventions

Facilitate focused workshops and interventions to tackle specific team dynamics challenges. Shed light on underlying dynamics and the potential consequences if left unchanged. Build team and collaboration skills for team members including giving and receiving feedback and having constructive conflicts and crucial conversations.
