About Hajni

I’m Hajni Sagodi-Sturm—Master Certified Coach (MCC), organizational advisor, author, and mother. I was born in Hungary and have lived in Ireland and Malaysia, carrying these diverse experiences into everything I do. Today, I live in the Netherlands, but work across the whole globe, weaving together cultures, insights, and relationships to support leaders and teams in meaningful transformation.

I believe that real change begins in real relationships—with ourselves, others, and the systems we move within. This belief is the heartbeat of my company, AConnect: I connect people to people, people to ideas, and above all, to the Agenda—the goals that drive them forward. Coaching, for me, isn’t just about breakthroughs. It’s about bringing dreams to life, with alignment, clarity, and deeply human progress.

With a mix of strategic precision and intuitive insight, I help leaders turn vision into action, complexity into clarity, and potential into impact. My work spans executive and team coaching, business transformation, leadership development, and powerful retreats designed to support personal growth—grounded in 25+ years in organization development and coaching. I’ve had the privilege of supporting leaders in global companies like Philips, Shell, Booking.com, CEVA or MOL through my external and internal consulting jobs at Accenture and Shell 

As an award-winning author, I’m also passionate about coaching future generations—helping people build stronger relationships with themselves and each other. I currently serve as President of ICF Netherlands, where I advocate for coaching as a force for meaningful change.

Whether guiding organizations through strategy shifts or helping individuals find purpose, I lead with heart, structure, and connection. Life with five kids taught me how to lead with love—and my work is a reflection of that same spirit.
