I’m not just another coach—I’ve led transformations from the inside. My leadership journey spans boardrooms, refineries, supply chains, and global innovation programs. For example:

As consultant with Accenture, I spearheaded a global supply chain transformation at Philips, aligning teams and processes across continents.

At MOL, I drove cost-efficiency improvements inside a large chemical facility, proving transformation starts at the ground level.

At Shell, I served as Global Organizational Lead for a transformation program focused on energy transition and digital. I guided executive teams across producing assets to shape and implement strategy in highly complex, matrixed settings.

I know the tension between vision and execution. I’ve experienced the invisible forces leaders face in high-stakes environments. That’s why I don’t coach from the sidelines—I walk the talk.

As author of the ME MAP series—recipient of Coach Book of the Year award—I make complex ideas practical. My writing turns theory into tools that people actually use and enjoy. I coach, write, teach, and speak with one purpose: to provoke reflection, deliver practical value, and challenge the status quo in leadership.

Rooted in Real Life

I was born in Hungary and have lived in Ireland and Malaysia before settling in the Netherlands. My work spans continents — from the US and Canada to Russia, South Korea, Oman, Nigeria, Singapore, and Brunei. I’m not just a coach: I’m a mother, a founder, a volunteer, and a lifelong learner. I know what it means to juggle ambition, purpose, and personal values.

My coaching style is honest, warm, and grounded in the realities of leadership. I meet people where they are — with curiosity, courage, and deep respect for their journey. And I believe transformation doesn’t have to be heavy — it can be practical, joyful, and even fun.

As a Guest Lecturer in the Change Management program at Nyenrode Business University, I bring real-world transformation experience into the classroom—bridging theory and practice to inspire the next generation of change leaders.

As President of ICF Netherlands and a former Board Member of the European Organisation Design Forum (EODF), I champion vibrant professional communities—fostering connection, engagement, and collective growth.
